The planning commission and board of supervisors will discuss a proposed exotic animals’ exhibition on River Road and two proposed solar facilities in northern Halifax County at a joint meeting on Tuesday evening. Your GV dot com reports the meeting will include public hearings on each of the conditional use permit applications before the planning commission votes on them. The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. in the supervisors’ meeting room at the county administrative building on Mary Bethune St.
