The city announced yesterday 139 small businesses were chosen to receive money from the Small Business Recovery Grant Fund. The Metropolitan Business League reviewed almost 200 applications before selecting the recipients. Most will get between 25-hundred and five thousand dollars. Part of the theme of this year's festival is living, adapting and preparing for the future, with panels discussing visions for how Charlottesville could evolve. The festival ends on Sunday.
