Authorities are searching for a suspect after a deadly shooting in Nelson County. The sheriff's office says Kevin Scott Small was found outside his home in Shipman on Friday with a gunshot wound to his chest. He died before he could be taken to the hospital. The sheriff's office has identified 22-year-old Katelynn Ann Hipes as the suspect in the shooting.
