A woman wanted by authorities in Nelson County has been arrested in Harrisonburg. Police located and arrested Katelynn Hipes yesterday. Investigators began searching for Hipes following the shooting death of Kevin Small last Friday. She's facing charges of second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

That's because employees at HCA Virginia and Friends of the James River held a cleanup event yesterday at Ancarrow's Landing. It was for Earth Day. They picked up trash for a couple hours and filled over 20 bags. One volunteer told 8News it was a beautiful day to get out of the office and help clean up the community.

Noem was robbed at a restaurant in Washington, D.C., with the thief taking her personal documents and cash. Fox News reports Kimmel also referenced an anecdote from Noem's book about shooting her guard dog, which received backlash. Kimmel, a frequent Trump critic, recently blamed liberals for Trump's rise to power in an interview with Rolling Stone.
