The CIA is investigating after someone was shot and wounded on agency property in McLean early this morning. Details are few, but the incident happened around 4:00, requiring some help from Fairfax County police with traffic control on Dolley Madison Boulevard near the entrance to CIA Headquarters. Authorities have yet to share any info on who may have fired the shots or details about the victim.  
 
 
There's more turnover at Richmond City Hall. The city announced yesterday Interim Chief Administrative Officer Sabrina Joy-Hogg is stepping down. Her resignation takes effect June 6th. The city says it's close to picking a permanent CAO. Joy-Hogg says she has immense pride in getting the minimum wage raised, creating a ten-million dollar capital improvement fund, and getting Richmond to be the first city in the nation to recognize International Women's Day as a city holiday.

The Virginia State Police are honoring troopers who lost their lives in the line of duty. The names of 67 troopers were read during a memorial service yesterday at the state police gymnasium in North Chesterfield. Governor Youngkin spoke at the ceremony, paying tribute to "lives that were lived with great purpose and character."
