The CIA is investigating after someone was shot and wounded on agency property in McLean early this morning. Details are few, but the incident happened around 4:00, requiring some help from Fairfax County police with traffic control on Dolley Madison Boulevard near the entrance to CIA Headquarters. There's more turnover at Richmond City Hall. The city announced yesterday Interim Chief Administrative Officer Sabrina Joy-Hogg is stepping down. Her resignation takes effect June 6th.
