The university announced last week that it was terminating its organizing agreement with Theta Chi [[ thay-tuh kai ]] after an investigation found evidence of hazing rituals for new members. UVA also accused the fraternity of failing to cooperate with investigators and refusing to admit responsibility for allowing student hazing. The university kicked out the Pi [[ pie ]] Kappa Alpha fraternity on similar grounds earlier this year.
