President Trump has been sworn into office, one among many actions right afterwards was pardoning those charged in the January 6 U.S. Capitol riots. Trump pardoned nearly 15-hundred people yesterday, including three from Virginia. The pardons were one of Trump's many executive orders he signed on his first day, freeing those who he called "hostages" or people charged in the riots.
