The Norfolk Airport is auctioning off items left behind by travelers. The airport began an auction of lost and found items this week. Auction 757 is hosting the online auction and says people have been bidding on items that include airport surplus items like trash cans and floor cleaner. Five cars are also being auctioned off. The airport says they were left abandoned in airport parking lots. In-person inspection of all the items up for auction will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, October 21st.

Former first Black mayor of Richmond, Henry L. Marsh, will give opening remarks. Richmond school leaders say the goal is to educate students on civic participation and encourage voting. The next and last mayoral debate of the election cycle is next Wednesday, October 23rd.
