A driver carrying a tractor-trailer full of industrial-sized paper has been charged after the trailer overturned on a Richmond highway. The accident happened this morning on Interstate 95 South. Thirty-three year-old Savanna Purdue allegedly made an unsafe lane change that caused the load she was hauling to shift, which them caused the trailer she was driving to overturn. She's been charged with reckless driving and improper passing. No injuries were reported.
