A Virginia man is behind bars accused of shooting and killing a man in Franklin County. Franklin County Sheriffs arrested 37-year-old Antonio Maurice Payne yesterday morning. Payne is accused of shooting and killing 30-year-old Brandon A. Holland of Callaway in a home on Saturday night. He's been charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Virginia State Police are still investigating.
