Governor Youngkin has declared a State of Emergency ahead of a winter storm this week. Heavy snow and ice has been predicted for much of Virginia, with the highest snow accumulations expected in the northern region of the state. Youngkin released a statement this morning urging all Virginians to take precautions and listen to warnings from state and local officials. A wintry mix is possible for the Hampton Roads area overnight tonight and into tomorrow morning.
