Loudoun County Public Schools have voted to continue funding for the system's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility programs despite opposition from some board members. The board voted two to seven Tuesday to continue the funding. Some Board members voted to reallocate the funding to pay for special education teachers and band and theater group trips. They also voiced concern that continuing to fund the programs would put the district at risk of losing federal funding.  
 
The Virginia House of Delegates passed a retail marijuana bill that now heads to the governor's desk where it is expected to be vetoed. More from Rebecca Hughes.
