Effective July 1st, spreading rumors or threatening violence against buildings, public places, or transportation will result in a Class 5 felony charge. WRIC reports the law also now includes a Class 6 felony charge for mail-related crimes, such as hiding, damaging, or stealing mail. It is also illegal to allow minors without a driver's license to drive a car, with penalties including a Class 1 misdemeanor for resulting accidents.
