Four teens have been arrested and charged after what police are calling a mass shooting in Spotsylvania County. Three young men were shot and killed yesterday evening around 5:30 p.m. Police say the shooting appears to stem from an illegal gun sale or robbery. Authorities say two of the teens arrested are 16 years-old, another one is 17 years-old and one is 18. One of the suspects was also injured and is being treated at a local hospital.
