A Powhatan [[POW-ah-tan]] County man was sentenced to 105 years in prison for sex crimes with a minor with most of that time suspended.

Rocio Rivera has details.Preview: The body of a 12-year-old boy that was swept away by floodwaters has been found. Albemarle County Police say they recovered the body this morning at around 8:45 a.m. Crews had been looking for the boy since yesterday afternoon when rising creek water flooded the roadway where he was seen walking. Albemarle County Fire Rescue Chief Dan Eggleston said the outcome was heartbreaking and said their hearts are with the Sims' family at this time. The child's body has been taken to the Medical Examiner's Office in Richmond.
