The Arlington County Board of Supervisors is moving toward a plan to allow sharpshooters to help control the deer population in the county. The board voted unanimously on Saturday to create a deer management exception to a law banning firearms on county property. The county will now put together a study to determine where the managed deer control activity should occur.  
 
 
Many Virginians have started their holiday shopping, but experts advise to do it strategically. Finance Expert Elizabeth Kiss says the biggest mistake people make every year is thinking they can use credit temporarily.
