Law enforcement is asking for help locating a teen who was reported missing in Roanoke. Seventeen-year-old Annabel De Souza was last seen on Saturday and police say she may be headed to Richmond or the Hampton Roads area. Police say the teen has a condition that requires medication and that her family is concerned about her safety. Anyone with information is asked to call the Roanoke City Police Department.
It's the coldest start to December in years for some parts of the U.S. In places like Chicago, Detroit, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh, high temperatures this week will only be in the 20s or 30s. Virginia will see Monday and Tuesday highs in the upper 30s and low 40s with lows in the teens to low 20s. Temperatures will rise some Wednesday and Thursday before another cold air mass arrives late in the week, bringing temperatures back down for Virginia as well as the upper Midwest, Great Lakes and others down in the Tennessee Valley.
