The FAA has announced that it is reducing the number of arriving flights at Ronald Reagan International Airport. The agency informed airlines last week that a maximum of 26 flights an hour would be allowed to land at the airport. That's down from the previous maximum of 28 flights an hour. The FAA said the move will reduce risk, though it will also push the average flight delay at the airport from 40 to 50 minutes.

Crew members of the passenger jet that collided with a Black Hawk helicopter and crashed last month, killing almost 70 people, have been awarded posthumous honors by the regional airline that operated their plane. PSA Airlines announced that Captain Jonathan Campos, first officer Samuel Lilley and flight attendants Danasia Elder and Ian Epstein have received the PSA Honorary President's Award. The crew's families will also receive commemorative certificates.
