The Commonwealth set to be the first state to to order dangerious drivers to install speed-limiting devices.Preview: The FAA is investigating after a fire forced a United Airlines flight to make an emergency landing at Dulles International Airport. The fire reportedly happened in a galley oven, causing light smoke in the airplane's cabin. The plane landed around 4:45 p.m. and everyone was able to safely exit the aircraft. The flight from Key West, Florida to Newark, New Jersey was carrying 98 passengers and five crew members.
