A search is underway to find those who slashed tires in Richmond. Richmond Police say surveillance videos show two people slashing tires on the Southside in Oak Grove last week. About two dozen cars were affected. Some victims say they're out hundreds of dollars for new tires. One owner tells 8News they had to pay 700 dollars to replace all four tires.
President Trump says Americans will never be taken advantage of again under his watch. Speaking from the White House, Trump said he's been talking about tariffs for over 35 years and the massive U.S. trade deficits. Trump added trade has to be fair and reciprocal. Democrats like Nancy Pelosi, Bernie Sanders, and Barack Obama have been encouraging congress to begin reciprocal tariffs from as far back as 1996. Trump is adamant the tariffs he has imposed on dozens of countries will soon make Americans wealthier and stronger.
