A Richmond employee is hurt after a shooting in the city. It happened yesterday morning in Shockoe Bottom on North 18th Street. Richmond Police say the DPW employee was working when he was shot in the shoulder. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. No arrest has been announced.
