A man is facing charges after what Richmond's police chief calls one of the sickest things he has ever seen. RPD Chief Rick Edwards was talking recently about a social media photo he saw of Matthew Williams pointing a loaded gun at a child's head. Williams is facing charges that include attempted murder, reckless care for a child and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Edwards tells CBS 6 multiple guns were found during the arrest, including the one in the photo.
