A Richmond woman is dealing with what she calls a major blow in the search for her brother's killer. Sarah Martin's brother, Christopher Harper, was killed in 1975 when he was just three-years-old. Marvin Grimm pled guilty and spent decades behind bars, but the state cleared him last month based on DNA testing. Martin tells 8News she's worried police will say there's nothing they can do because so much time has passed, but she'll keep pushing this forward because someone knows something.
