A woman is dead and a child is hurt after a two-car crash in Henrico County. It happened around 5:00 p.m. yesterday near the intersection of Wistar Road and Wakenhut Drive. Police say both were taken to the hospital where the woman passed away. The boy is in critical condition. Police say he's elementary school-aged. They also say he's closely related to the woman, but they didn't give details. No details were released on the crash, either.
