A man is dead after a shooting in Richmond. It happened Saturday night on Fairfield Avenue. Police say he died at the scene. No arrest has been announced.
A 45-year-old woman was arrested in Petersburg in connection to an aggravated assault incident. The Petersburg Police responded to a report of an assault where they found a male victim with a head injury. Raimona Freeman was located and taken into custody Friday without incident, charged with malicious wounding, and is currently being held without bond.
