A Virginia man says he's not guilty to weapons and explosive charges.Preview: A document that affirmed the desire of American settlers to create a new country is being celebrated in western Virginia this weekend. The Fincastle Resolutions were adopted in January of 1775 by leaders from several Virginia counties. Historians say they were among the first official documents supporting the creation of a Continental Army before the Revolutionary War. Ceremonies honoring the resolutions will be held in Wytheville and Roanoke tomorrow.
