An annual holiday tradition returns next week in Henrico County. The Dominion Energy GardenFest of Lights starts Monday at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. The theme this year is 'Homes and Habitats: A Celebration of Connection.' Michelle Israel is director of exhibitions at the botanical garden, and she says there will be interactive features, including in the children's garden. Israel also tells CBS 6 the conservatory tree will be outside this year so a lot of people will be able to enjoy it.
