The city of Richmond could face a lawsuit over the deadly shooting after Huguenot High School's graduation ceremony.Preview: Health officials are issuing a warning after a raccoon tested positive for rabies in Alexandria. The raccoon reportedly came into contact with two dogs near Chambliss Park last Friday.
