Lynchburg police are placing charges against four more people as part of an investigation into an alleged assault at a daycare center.Preview: Richmond officials are exploring how they can reach more people facing food insecurity. Talks are underway to add a food pantry in the East End at the Annie Giles Community Center. A nonprofit called Underground Kitchen Community First would run the pantry. City Councilwoman Ellen Robertson is working with them to get it up and running. She tells CBS 6 the goal is to get the pantry open by the end of the summer.
