An elected Virginia leader is looking at a court date later this year for election fraud.Preview: Music fans may feel some deja vu when the new Dome concert venue opens in Virginia Beach this spring. Three Dog Night will be performing when the five-thousand-seat venue opens on May 4th. The band performed the last concert at the original Dome in June of 1993. The venue is offering free admission to the May concert to anyone who still has a ticket stub from that 1993 show.
