A man is hurt after he was shot by a police officer in Richmond. It happened last night during a traffic stop on Melbourne Street. Police say two officers fired their weapons, and the driver was hit. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. The RPD says the officers are now on administrative leave. There's no word on what led to the shooting.
