Officers found the stolen 2010 Toyota Corolla at the Fair Oaks Mall on Friday. Investigators say 30-year-old Eric Gutierrez of Ashland stole an officer's cruiser while that officer was occupied with another suspect. Gutierrez and two passengers reportedly crashed into two other police cruisers during a short pursuit. Gutierrez faces charges of auto theft and grand larceny. The two other suspects were also arrested.
