Mortgage rates continue to be a barrier to homeownership. Bankrate Analyst Jeff Ostrowski says a new survey found that home buyers are waiting on the sidelines until rates come down.Preview: Current mortgage rates are in the sevens. A member of the Washington Commanders is giving back to kids in Richmond. Wide receiver Terry McLaurin's charity, Terry's Locker, donated a washer and dryer to Maymont Preschool yesterday. Maymont Preschool Principal Dr. Victoria Hampton tells CBS 6 the goal is to make sure kids who don't have these machines at home can still have clean clothes.
