Over 200 members of the Bangladeshi community in Richmond protested against political violence in Bangladesh, following the recent student massacre. The protests were sparked by the reinstatement of a quota system for government jobs, according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch. Rally members in the U.S. are calling for an end to the current government system and the removal of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Human Rights Watch has condemned the government's actions and called for accountability.
A new streaming bundle launches today. Exisiting subscribers of Disney-Plus, Hulu and Max can now get all three together for 30-dollars without ads and 17-bucks with ads - saving almost 35-percent compared to subscribing to the three platforms separately. Meanwhile, the ad-supported bundle will save customers nearly 39-percent compared to the standalone subscriptions. Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery and Fox will launch a similar subscription bundle for sports streaming platforms this fall.
