The husband of a Virginia woman who's been missing since last month and is feared dead will be back in court today. Naresh Bhatt was arrested last week in Manassas Park and charged with concealing a body. A judge is expected to set a bond for Bhatt today. Mamta Kafle Bhatt has not been seen since late July, and police and community members have been unable to find her despite multiple searches. Investigators say they found a large amount of blood evidence and proof that a body was dragged from the home during a search last week.
Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign says it's raised more than a half-billion-dollars since President Biden dropped out of the race, including 40-million since her acceptance at the DNC. Harris and running mate Tim Walz kick off a bus tour in Georgia on Wednesday. The GOP campaign is in Michigan, with former President Trump speaking at the National Guard Association conference in Detroit today and running mate JD Vance in Big Rapids on Tuesday.
