FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr says in the around 3 years since Vice President Kamala Harris agreed to lead the administration's plan to expand internet access, not a single person has been connected through the program. He also says that in 2023 the Biden-Harris administration revoked a commitment made by Elon Musk to give Starlink internet access to 640-thousand homes and businesses for $13-hundred dollars of government subsidy per location and instead plan to spend $100-thousand per location through their own program.
