An instructional assistant working at Langley High in McLean is being held without bond after being arrested for committing a lewd act in a classroom. Forty-year-old David Scalea was arrested Friday and placed on administrative leave after a student told administrators that they caught Scalea masturbating underneath his desk. Scalea is charged with committing an obscene sexual display and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
