Richmond PD detectives have located three persons of interest in connection to the deadly assault of 26-year-old Jacob Baldwin in Scott’s Addition. Baldwin was found with a life-threatening head injury on October 12th and died four days later. The suspect, Nico Rivera, surrendered himself and was charged with second-degree murder. WRIC reports that the police were seeking two women and one man for information and have now located them. The investigation is ongoing.
Crews repsonded to a fire in Portmouth over the weekend. Authorities say a two-story house caught fire on Sunday evening, with both floors engulfed in flames upon the arrival of fire crews. No injuries were reported. 10 on Your side reports that the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
