Residents at a Newport News apartment complex say they've been dealing with an increase in car break-ins. Residents from The Villages of Stoney Run say about 20 cars were broken into over the weekend. The tenants say they've contacted the management of the building, but have not been able to receive reimbursements of any kind. The management company for the building, released a statement saying they are working with Newport News police to address the recent break-ins.
