Richmond Police are reminding residents there's a safe way to sell and buy online. The department there are Safe Exchange Zones at two of its precincts. These are places where people who agree to an online transaction can meet safely to finalize their deals. One zone is on the southside on East Belt Boulevard, and the other is on the northside on Chamberlayne Ave. There are cameras there recording 24/7. A detective says they have seen a spike in the last couple weeks of people getting robbed during these transactions. He also tells 12 On Your Side if someone isn't willing to meet you at one of these zones, that's probably a red flag.  
 
 
The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles is changing up some requirements to make it easier for motorcycle riders to get the proper endorsement on their driver's license. The DMV says it's now accepting the license and skills course completion certificate from the Basic Rider Course 2, which is given through the VA Rider Training Program. Officials say they hope that will cut down on the number of unendorsed riders. This comes during Motorcycle Safety Month, which is every May.  
 
 
Some cream cheese products sold at Aldi in Virginia and several other states and D.C. are being recalled because of a possible salmonella risk. It impacts the Schrieber Foods products in several different varieties. Anyone who may have purchased the product should throw it away or return it for a refund. So far, no illnesses have been reported.
