More than two dozen people are out of their homes in Chesterfield after a tree fell onto an apartment complex Sunday night. WWBT reports that fire crews were called around 8pm after the large tree fell onto the building. No injuries were reported but 12 apartments were deemed unsafe and everyone had to evacuate. It's not known how long repairs will take.
Anti-Semetic flyers popped up in Virginia Beach recently. WAVY-TV reports that they were found recently on some people's driveways in the Bay Colony neighborhood. Those in the area say they did report it to Virginia Beach Police and anyone with information is asked to contact law enforcement.

A police officer hurt in an on-duty shooting at Virginia State University continues his road to recovery. Bruce Foster gave an update Sunday at Law Enforcement Appreciation Day in Hanover County. He was paralyzed from the waist down after a shooting last year. Foster says recovery has had its ups and downs, but he's taking it one day at a time. He also tells CBS 6, he's grateful and thankful just to be here, and he's appreciative of life.
