A group is going to court after it was denied access to a park in Petersburg. The Knights of Columbus filed a motion for a temporary restraining order. The group wants to use Poplar Grove National Cemetery for its annual Memorial Day mass, but the National Park Service won't let them. The Knights of Columbus has held the mass at the park for more than 60 years, but a law bans religious services from national cemeteries. The group's lawyer says the law has been on the books for more than 35 years, but it wasn't until last year that they were denied use of the park for the event. He says this violates the First Amendment, and he tells 12 On Your Side, banning them from the cemetery based on their religion makes them second-class citizens.
