A stabbing is being investigated at Busch Gardens. James City County Police were called to the theme park Saturday night for reports of a fight. They were told an 18-year-old had been stabbed and is recovering. WAVY-TV reports it comes a week after police were called to the park for another fight between two groups of young adults.

A man is facing charges after bringing a gun to Lynchburg Regional Airport this morning. WSET-TV reports that TSA stopped the man, who is from Lynchburg, and found a loaded gun. Police confiscated the weapon. Guns are only allowed, unloaded, in checked baggage and must be locked in a case.

The husband of a woman who disappeared in late July from her Manassas Park home will go to trial before the end of the year. Commonwealth attorneys say 37-year-old Naresh Bhatt's criminal trial is set for December 9. He's charged with prohibition against concealment of a body in connection with his wife's disappearance.

A man is dead after his golf cart flipped over in Accomack County. Virginia State Police were called to a home in Horntown Sunday afternoon where they found 54-year-old Robert Vandornick Jr. According to officers, he was driving the golf cart up a hill then it overturned and landed on him.
