Virginia lawmakers are weighing in on a deadly New Year's Day attack in New Orleans that killed more than a dozen people. Investigators say a 42-year-old Army veteran drove a rented truck through a crowd on Bourbon Street early yesterday in what was possibly a planned terrorist attack. Republican Congressman-elect John McGuire said Americans need to stay vigilant because "the enemy is not at the gate, the enemy is in the gate."
