During a rally Sunday, Trump said disaster relief efforts remain underfunded while the Biden-Harris administration sends money oversees. The Council on Foreign Relations reports that in the last three years congress has approved sending $105.9 billion dollars to Ukraine - meaning domestic hurricane relief efforts for North Carolina equal 0.09% of the tax money spent to aid Ukraine.
