A change in how Richmond handles EMS calls isn't sitting well with at least one agency. The Richmond Ambulance Authority recently brought up some issues it has with the changes that went into effect last year. Decker also tells 12 On Your Side he plans to bring his concerns to the city's public safety committee next week.
