The Trump administration says its looking at selling hundreds of federal properties. The General Services Administration on Tuesday put out a list of 320 properties up for consideration, listed as "non-core" properties across the country. The GSA says most of the properties are either empty or underutilized office space and could save the government more than 430-million-dollars in annual operating costs. The Hill reports that, with developers looking to buy empty office buildings and transform them into apartments and condos, the move could not only save taxpayer money but also make a substantial dent in the housing shortage.
