A federal judge in Virginia says Google illegally dominated two different markets for online advertising technology. Elsewhere, a trial is scheduled next week on the DOJ's request for Google to sell its Chrome browser. Reuters reported in September that the company had mulled selling off its ad exchange to appease antitrust regulators in Europe.  
 
 
Richmond's mayor is sharing his thoughts on the latest report on the city's water crisis. The Virginia Department of Health released its report Wednesday on January's water outage. Mayor Danny Avula said yesterday he's incredibly proud the state has recognized the work DPU Director Scott Morris and his team have done to address the agency's needs. Avula also says he'll review the report and think through the best ways to integrate its recommendations moving forward.

The state of Virginia is launching new dashboards to help track health data related to pregnancy. Governor Youngkin announced the launch of updated Maternal and Child Health Data Dashboards yesterday. The dashboards track information like birth weight, infant mortality, preterm births and maternal smoking. Other dashboards will also track pregnancy-related deaths. The dashboards were unveiled as part of Black Maternal Health Week.
