An alleged member of the MS-13 gang will be held in federal custody after waiving his right to a detention hearing. Henrry [[ HEN-ree ]] Villatoro Santos appeared in federal court in Alexandria yesterday. The 24-year-old was arrested at his mother's home in Dale City last week for an outstanding immigration warrant and firearms possession. Investigators claim Santos has been in the U.S. illegally for more than a decade and has become one of the top three MS-13 leaders in the country.
