Police consider her a runaway, and Bailey thinks that makes finding her less of a priority for them. Bailey has taken it upon herself to pass out flyers and ask neighbors for help. She tells 12 On Your Side it's not fair that you have to be endangered or mentally ill to have your case get more attention.
